All returns/ exchanges can be made up to 30 days from the date you received your order.

to assist you. 

To avoid disappointment, we would advise any customer wishing to start a return process to read the list below to ensure you meet our return policy requirements. 

  • All items must be in their original condition (for clothing never worn or washed).
  • Please include your order number.
  • Please pack your items in a packaging of your choice.
  • You will have to cover all shipping costs.


  • EXCHANGE - Once we receive the item we will issue you a store credit to place a new order.Please note this can take up to 7 working day.
  • REFUNDS can only be made onto the original payment method used. 
  • Final sale items or cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased using a gift card - a store credit will be returned to gift card.
  • Refunds can take up to 7-10 to be processed.
